About One Health, Epidemiology & Research
Equi Epi Vet provides elite, multi-species One Health epidemiology consulting to decode complex disease dynamics, protect system-wide security, and lower biosecurity risks for local, national, and international partners. Bridging field realities with population health data science, we architect tailored statistical and SQL data solutions. These systems integrate bio-banked sample matrices, clinical timelines, and environmental vectors with proprietary databases and compliance frameworks across primary producers, state agricultural boards, and global research bodies.
Our Philosophy: "Horses as Sentinels" & Predictive Science
Our core specialty lies in mastering the truest risk landscape relevant to disease spillover and population health. Championing a "Horses as Sentinels" philosophy, we recognize that animals sharing our immediate ecology offer critical early windows into emerging biosecurity threats. Through custom analytical pipelines, we harmonize diverse variables — including multi-pathogen multiplex serology (IgG/IgM), pan-PCR surveillance, and metatranscriptomic sequencing — into a unified predictive picture, all while strictly guaranteeing the structured ethical anonymity and data privacy of our partners.
